This article contains photographic and text evidence of tenacious actions of Serhey Pashynskyy -- Member of Parliament from 'Batkivshchyna' party led by Yulia Tymoshenko -- in relation to the sniper rifle retrieved from an operative stopped by Maidan self-defense. Under the troubling circumstances of government impotence to investigate the forces that played out the massacre of people on Maidan and Instytutska str. this article might shed the light at at least some players involved.
